How do I make a payment?
We accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bankcard. We also take Direct Deposits into our bank account via any branch of Westpac Bank, or by internet banking. We also accept Cheque as a payment and Paypal.
If you choose to pay by Bank Deposit, simply add the products to your cart then select 'Bank Deposit' as the payment method when prompted. You will then be emailed our bank account details and can make the payment by Bank Deposit. Make sure to use your order number as the reference.

How can I find out whether my direct deposit payment has been successful?
Your status will be 'Awaiting Payment'. We check our Bank Deposits every day, then immediately change your status to 'Awaiting Fulfilment'.

Can I ask to have the parcel sent to my local post office and collect it from there?
Yes. Write this as your delivery address.
What will the package look like when it's delivered?
Your parcel, depending on size, will arrive in a NZ Post prepaid Track & Trace satchel or be wrapped in plain wrap, with no reference to our Website name. We pack your parcel to protect your privacy.
Do I need to register an account with you when I purchase?
No, you may check out as a guest. Your details will not be kept in the database. The only reason your data is kept, is for return customers, so they do not need to re-enter all their details. You will not receive spam or newsletters.
Is the payment system secure for entering my credit card details?
Your credit card order is actually processed by PayPal - the largest and most trusted payment gateway provider in the World.
